changing the white CADCEB

Okay nearly there where I like the look of my forum

see all the white in the middle, I want to change it to #CADCEB same as the top section colour and the colour in the section below the banner. So the page looks all the same. I am monkeying around with colour.css but can't figure it out.

Any ideas guys, please.
