Privacy problem: Users that login as others

Dear all, Once again one user tell me that when he has login to my forum he appears as other user's name and with options to read his private messages and go the the private area of the other user. I have cleaned the caché immediately but...where could be the problem? The main page of my website (www.ellinceiberico.com) it's made with Wordpress and in it I have insert a link to my forum (www.ellinceiberico.com/foro). In worpress I'm using two plugins to increase the speed of loading: WP Rocket and Varnish Cache. In WP Rocket I can add a command where I say that never include in cache the /foro/ site

Could you think that this big problem could be related with the cache?

This is caused by your hosts. They have cloudflare or varnish running and it's caching the sessions of the users so they 'log in' as the same session as the person who was on before them.
