How to Hide UCP Usergroups Tab?

Post by Tarantino »

Hi there,

I want to hide UCP usergroups tab just for registered users (not for mods/admin) how can I do that?

It can be core edit or phpmyadmin changes.

Thanks!

Unless a user is a Group leader (in which case they need access to Manage groups) or unless you have Open groups (in which case they need access to join or leave groups) that user cannot do anything in that tab. So why do you want to hide it? If it is so certain groups don't show up, make them Hidden.

Because since the user cant do anything on it, I would like to hide it... its unnecessary for them.

There are no options for that in the native core code therefore you need an extension, or post your Q in the Custom Coding forum, created on purpose.

It must exist an easier way... I just need to find the right HTML and add an u_mcp u_acp and that's it.
