white page permissions

Post by tommyx » Sun May 20, 2018 8:42 am

hi there.

my forum is at 3.2.2, I noticed that when I go to permissions, a white page appears, so I cannot do anything there.

what should I check ?

the forum is on a external hosting, so I cannot access to the server CLI.

thanks

A white page is generally a suppressed PHP error. Check your server error logs which you should be able to access from your control panel - if not ask your hosts for them.

That error is saying that there is something wrong in your language/es/acp/permissions.php file. It may be that it did not upload correctly, in which case re-upload it.

Where did you download the es language pack from?

Yes. That is the type of error you would get if that file were incomplete -- truncated at line 269.
