What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? Updating from 3.1.10 to 3.2.2.
Please describe your problem. No email is outgoing on notification. Use of boards E-Mail function (Tested via test email --> received). No STMP Setup in use.

How do you know that it is not going out? It may be going out but not being received or your users may have email notification turned off.

Ive tested it with an testuser via sending a PM to him. (Notifications are enabled). Yesterday I've also updated to PHP7.1, then I received some notification emails but with a delay of multiple hours. I'm still trying to find the reason for that...

There is a common misconception that email is instant - it is not. Emails can take up to 72 hours to be delivered
