members can't add website URL to profile page

I'm getting a few people who can't add a web address to their profile page. I'm not sure what setting might be causing this? Do you have any ideas of where I could look?

By default, Newly Registered users cannot change Profile field information.

Go to ACP => users and groups => Look up usergroup: Newly Registered => submit => Advanced Permissions => Set "Can change profile field information" to yes

Actually, better to set it to No and they will get the Yes from the Registered users group. That way, if you ever change the registered users group permissions, you will not have any issues.
