Upgrade to 3.2 Database issue

Post by SovietSteeds » Tue Jul 17, 2018 2:09 pm

Hello - I had my host SiteGround attempt to upgrade my phpBB forums from 3.1.3 to 3.2.2 but the installation is not complete.

They say: We managed to upgrade your phpBB installation scripts to the latest stable version (3.2.2). However, due to some customized database structure, we could upgrade it only to the previous release (3.2.1) as it is not fully compatible with the latest code revision.

I don't think I have any customizations that would interfere. How do I or they fix this?

How did they do that? Did they follow the instructions from here?

I'm not sure. I've had y forums site hosted there for over 10 years and they are usually great about fixing it when it acts up. But this time not so much...
