The forum I run has had issues lately of my members being told that we have banned them upon logging in or trying to view the site!!
Has anyone else had this issue before, or know what I can do?? We have not banned anyone. I have some very mad members!!

I would make a guess that you, or someone, has at some point banned a block of IP addresses and some of your members are now using those IP addresses.
