A blank page is normally a suppressed PHP error - check your server error logs for a clue as to which file is causing the problem. In all probability you have a corrupt file.

Where do i check for server errors? From Cpanel or the ACP?
ACP/Maintenance/Error log shows "No log entries."
Cpanel "Last 300 Error Log messages in reverse order:" Nothing?

There should be a link to them on your hosting control panel - if not ask your hosts

Quick update:
Disabling the Ext. phpbb Directory has solved the issue?
