MySQL 5 What is your level of experience? New to PHP and phpBB What username can be used to view this issue? What password can be used to view this issue? What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? No changes to board, we've kept and used these extensions and haven't added anything else. Please describe your problem. We cannot upload any files that contain an apostrophe ' in the name of the file. This was not happening before as we have files that have apostrophe's in them. It is only happening now and we need the ability to upload files as they are named as we host source codes for stock trading platforms which cannot be altered by name or they are unusable.
We have also tested the board in prosilver (preview mode from ACP) and we cannot upload those files either. A small yellow exclamation mark appears next to our uploaded file. Generated by SRT Generator

You can try disabling your extensions to see if they are interfering, are they compatible with 3.2.3?.
Is your style compatible with 3.2.3?
Thanks Mick for the quick response. We've fixed the issue with the help of our theme creator Gramziu who looked at our php logs. He found out that it was actually due to Modsecurity in cPanel which was blocking files that contained special characters so we contacted our host (namecheap.com) and they whitelisted characters in Modsecurity for us and now it works again!
Hopefully this helps others who come across the issue
