Can't bump topics as full admin

Post by lavalamp213 »

Hello,
I am pretty certain all the setting s are correct to allow me to bump any topic 5 minutes after it is posted but I seem to only be able to do so if I am the original or the last poster.

here are screen shots of 2 of the settings:

I tried purging the cache.
I'm running 3.2.2

I must be missing some setting somewhere.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Bumping is only available if you're the topic starter or the last poster in a topic.

First thing to understand is that being an administrator only means that you can access the ACP and perform certain functions there. The permission you show is a Group forum permission for the Administrators group. It is not an Administrative permission.

Okay. Thanks.

So having that permission just means you are allowed to bump a topic if you are the original or last poster. got it.
