Group Email to members of User Defined Group

I have a user defined group for the development of a project on a 3.2.3 phpbb board with much wider membership. This user defined group has six members. I would like to mass (group) email ONLY the six members of the user defined group, not the whole membership, when I post anything to the user defined group on the board. One email sent to 'Development Group Members', rather than emailing each member individually. Is there a way to do this, please?

Its in ACP>Manage Groups

The user wants email, not PMs.

In the ACP, System tab, Mass email, there is a dropdown at the top - "Send to group". Pick your user-defined group out of the list.
