According to your headers, you have nginx caching enabled. Have you tried disabling that?

No, it has nothing to do with the forum, it's related to your web server. You'll need to talk to your host.

So the forum was not installed with original phpBB files (from phpbb.com)?
If that is the case, those files may differ from the original ones, making troubleshooting a lot more difficult (and frankly speaking, not really the responsibility of phpBB.com).
A bug is a feature that hasn't made it to the manual (yet)

the huge Benefit with Instaltron is the Backup works much easyly than with an installation on the traditional way.

That's as maybe but they aren't our files and, as such, we can't fully support such installs or updates.

The Forum Admin Log show me:

Code: Select all

ddd 178.113.243.72 Fri Oct 19, 2018 1:41 pm Successful administration login
ddd 2a01:aea0:a1:4:176:123:54:40 Fri Oct 19, 2018 1:41 pm Successful administration login
ddd 2a01:aea0:a1:4:176:123:54:40 Fri Oct 19, 2018 1:41 pm Successful administration login
ddd 2a01:aea0:a1:4:176:123:54:40 Fri Oct 19, 2018 1:41 pm Successful administration login

ddd 2a01:aea0:a1:4:176:123:54:40 Fri Oct 19, 2018 10:36 am Successful administration login
Why is there: 2a01:aea0:a1:4:176:123:54:40 (IPv6 IP?) and 178.113.243.72 as WAN IP?
Its a Mobile IP Adress so dont worry. Maybe the problem come from the different IP Adress?

You should talk to your host.
