Posts Missing After Upgrade to 3.2

Recently upgraded from 3.0.11 to 3.2.3
The upgrade seems to have deleted some posts and some registrations.
Anyone have a fix for this?

Do you still have back-ups of the files and database from your 3.0 version of the board?

It could be that the database update didn't fully complete, so you could try to restore your back-ups and run the full update again.

Additionally, are all posts/users since June missing or does it appear only some are gone?

In my experience the update from 3.0.x directly to 3.2.x times out on some setups, sometimes even silently (it does succeed without problems on other configurations but since something went wrong on your side I wouldn't take any risks).

If your database exceeds ± 300MB, just a case I would go for an upgrade in steps, and on localhost (that usually reduces the risk of timeouts)

first 3.0.11 > 3.0.14
second 3.0.14> 3.1.latest (9 I think)
third 3.1. latest >3.2.x

Always keep backups of the intermediate results!!!
It's imperative that your 3.0.x is cleaned before upgrading: in other words: undo all modifications (database modifications), have prosilver and UK English language as only and default style and language.

I did the upgrade in stages. The missing posts are still missing. And I have this message (in ACP when I click on Extensions):

Are you saying that posts which were present in 3.0.11 have disappeared in 3.0.14 (I find that highly improbable), or later?
Is the database version now 3.2.3?

edit: the latest version of 3.1 = 3.1.12 and not 3.1.9 as I incorrectly thought.

this sounds like a case of having the wrong database backup to begin with.
maybe a backup from june instead of the one you just did.

Just to make sure, compare your post and topic count from 3.0.11 to your 3.1.x situation (and then also 3.2.3).
