In my language, we do not use the word banned but off.
That's a massively crucial bit of information that would have been helpful 2 pages ago.

That is merely a rank.
Users and groups
make a rank called 'off'
set it as a special rank which means it can be given to specific users
When you ban someone, give them that rank.

That's what I tried to explain but now you definitely understand what I mean. I have created a group of "turn off" but how ti do put the member there?

Additionally, this extension allows you to ban someone from their profile page and auto add them to a group which you can give that rank to if you think that's easier

you can either put the person in the group or open the group and add people to it

manage users
enter their name
from the drop list on the right choose groups
add them to the group you want

or
Manage groups
click members next to the group name
enter their name

Do not think about it, but if it meets my requirements, I can install it. As I understand it's more for members' rankings, you've been a member so XXXX long you'll get this XXXX rank. Have you written many XXXX posts so you get this rank.
Ranks have nothing to do with groups.
Groups can have specific ranks:

But KevC's suggestion is the best way to do this.

I know, but taking the communication history into account, I considered it safer to limit the number of potential misunderstandings ;)
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

There's an individual solution to this: each member can add one or more users to their foe list - that way their posts aren't displayed to them by default, which also kind of isolates them.

The problem is probably not my English but you do not want to understand correctly.

We will not come anybody anyway, nevertheless, it's best to shit this.
These sentences add up to a long history of other crypted texts of yours and there has been no improvement. To save myself from wasting my time in trying to understand what you mean, just to then formulate an explanation which you cannot understand as well, I will make use of this feature and put you on my foe list.

You'll get more flies with honey than with vinegar and as English clearly isn't your native tongue maybe you'd be better served finding a forum that is in your native tongue. Or use Google translate as many on here are having a very difficult time in understanding what it is you are asking which is no fault of theirs.
