It misses the phpbb/, only in this case and for all the paths!

Do you have the problem with the default prosilver style?

Here are the cookie and server settings. I've already tried de-selecting the option for secure cookies, changed the cookie named and erased the cache

All of those links are relative links. They are all built from the current URL, which in this case is https://www.tuttowrestling.com/phpbb/index.php
I am not seeing any problem when I click around your board.

Wait a minute.
When I went out to your home page and came back, then the script path changed to ../../
Why would it be doing that?

Do you still have the prosilver style? I see this page when I go to the prosilver cfg file:
https://www.tuttowrestling.com/phpbb/st ... /style.cfg

Seems that prosilver style is missing?

That 404.3 error means that the webhost will not serve up .cfg files

Seems like you should ask yourself about where the problem lies, IMO.

that is about a 404 error. that means the file can not be found at the link provided.

you said a 403 error which means the viewer does not have permission to view the file.

This has nothing at all to do with the original problem.

I tried to add a mime extension on IIS for .cfg files, now the files like this

https://www.tuttowrestling.com/phpbb/st ... /style.cfg

are served. However once again after that I renamed cookies, purged the cache and still no effect
