What language(s) is your board currently using? default
Which database type/version are you using? I Don't Know
What is your level of experience? New to PHP and phpBB
What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? Fresh install.
Please describe your problem. I did a fresh install, when I run http://netstopit.com/phpBB3/install/app.php/ I get tabs to convert and update, but not install.

It appears the OP's board is now up and running.

Be aware that http://netstopit.com/phpBB3/ (phpBB install) and http://netstopit.com/phpbb3/ are not the same place. If you intend installing WP as the blurb from your host suggests make absolutely certain that you're uploading the files to the correct folder as you can easily bork the phpBB install with WP files as has happened on a few occasions reported here. I would suggest you rename the folders to forum and wp respectively.
