I haven't got CloudFlare running on the forum.

remove that from the url and it works just fine.
in your admin panel, do you have force url set to yes? if so, set it to no.
if you need it set to yes then change the settings for it. in particular change the port number to 443 ( I beieve that is correct.) and the protocol to https
unless you have a specific need to set that force url to yes, just set it to no and forget about what is in the blanks.
