This site can’t provide a secure connection
forum.web-hosting-uk.com sent an invalid response.

How do I stop forcing this type of connection, I made a change but cant remember exactly which one it was that's caused this, randomly happens checking notifications, ACP and MCP.

Yes I always use the https version.

Logged out this morning just to test and happened again, saved the URL if that helps

I'm thinking its a possible caching issue, is they an option to disabled this to test?

Tried logging back in, got same error so I used F5 to refresh page and it came up normally.

What, disable the cache in your browser or board? You could try another browser to test. Do you have cloudflare running?

I haven't got CloudFlare running on the forum.

where did you get that url from? the port 80 part is what is throwing the error.
remove that from the url and it works just fine.

in your admin panel, do you have force url set to yes? if so, set it to no.
if you need it set to yes then change the settings for it. in particular change the port number to 443 ( I beieve that is correct.) and the protocol to https

unless you have a specific need to set that force url to yes, just set it to no and forget about what is in the blanks.
