What is your table prefix?

If your table prefix is not phpbb_ change accordingly.

Janus, I believe it is. Also attached the language thing as some of the issue might trace back to the /en/en/ double entry somewhere.

I believe the problem is here in stk/includes/functions.php:

Code: Select all

// In phpBB <= 3.0.2 the lang_name is stored in the lang_path
	if ($is_302)
	{
		$user->lang_path .= $user->lang_name . '/';
	}

	// Add the file
	$user->add_lang($lang_file);

	// Now reset the paths so phpBB can continue to operate as usual
	$user->lang_path = $lang_data['lang_path'];
	$user->lang_name = $lang_data['lang_name'];
}
And here in stk/index.php:

Code: Select all

// Language path. We are using a custom language path to keep all the files within the stk/ folder. First check if the $user->data['user_lang'] path exists, if not, check if the default lang path exists, and if still not use english.
stk_add_lang('common');
First, run this SQL and report the result:

Code: Select all

SELECT config_value FROM phpbb_config WHERE config_name = 'ver' OR config_name = 'version'
If this is really 3.0.14 then the code from those two files should not be run, but I think the stk can't tell your version.

Just as a test, try commenting out those lines in those two files and try again.

Before commenting out those lines I ran the query:

Current selection does not contain a unique column. Grid edit, checkbox, Edit, Copy and Delete features are not available.

Showing rows 0 - 0 (1 total, Query took 0.0006 seconds.)

SELECT config_value FROM phpbb_config WHERE config_name = 'ver' OR config_name = 'version'

3.0.14

I commented out those lines but now receive the following message when attempt to run the STK (:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /homepages/32/d301932638/htdocs/forum3/stk/includes/functions.php on line 1066

The last lines read:

1063 }
1064 header("$version $code $message", true, $code);
1065 }
1066 }

OK, put things back the way they were. The version reported is correct, so I have no idea what is going on with the STK.

on my copy of that file in the stk, there are only 1064 lines with the last lines being:

Code: Select all

		header("$version $code $message", true, $code);
	}
}
line: 164 is blank.
you have some extra lines in there for some reason.

I noticed that you show your ftp as being set to "auto" for file transfer.

I suggest you download a fresh copy of the stk from here.
make sure it is the latest version.
'
then set your ftp client to always use binary and not auto.

try this all again and see what happens.

also, make sure that you are using php 5.6 by running the install/phpinfo.php file found in the install directory. the php version shown in your hosting control panel is not always accurate for where you have the board installed. run the php info file from within the same directory that the board is installed.
