How does it act on a proper computer?

What "information" are you expecting to see?
Have you tried disabling your adblocker-blocker extension to see if it is causing trouble?

Also, what version of the language pack do you have installed, now that you are on phpBB 3.2.7? Wondering if maybe an out-of-date language pack could cause those phpBB information notices to be blank.

I checked the language pack, not the language pack

You have misunderstood the question, not the problem adblock.

How do you know unless you disable it? - and all other extensions

That's good, although all you've confirmed is that "it's the version you expected", and not "what is the version installed." Even with your current answer, we're unable to rule out whether the version of the language pack currently installed is still potentially an issue.

The other condition which has caused "wrong message shown" issues at least once before is having an extension (not phpBB itself) with a bad and/or too old language translation installed. The extension's language files were stepping on and overriding variable names that were now expected to contain different messages in current phpBB versions, causing issues for even standard phpBB messages.

Another thing which has caused strange issues more than once to have the language pack files duplicated or extracted into a wrong directory name or directory level. So perhaps also explore the /language/ subdirectories and make sure there are duplicates or subdirectories there which have names other than ISO language identifiers.

However, there seem to be two more immediate issues:

1. The /ext/phpbb/viglink/styles/all/template/event/overall_footer_after.html extension template looks to have been modified or corrupted on your board. Or in some other way, there is an unclosed <script> block there which F12 should be showing you as a Javascript processing exception.

2. I can't even get through the registration page to see whether the after-registration message shows up for me or not. Either because of this JavaScript exception just mentioned, or because of whatever other functionality has been added by the extension you have running for the registration page. (i.e. The extension that tells you whether the username you entered was already in use, whether the password you entered was strong or not, etc. Things the standard phpBB registration page does not do.)

When you're not seeing the correct message "at the end of the registration process", how can we not be suspecting the extension you have enabled for modifying the actual registration process? If you turn off at least that extension, and also fix the JavaScript exception, is there even still an issue?
