Old Posts Causing confusion when reactivated ?

Post by mrix2000 » Thu May 16, 2019 3:11 pm

Hello all, had an issue recently which is not really that common but when it happens does tend to cause confusion where some very old posts which can be years old get a reply from a new member not realising they are old posts, is there anything that can be done with such topics / posts ?
Thanks all

That should solve the issue in the future. For now, lock the topic with an explanation.

BTW, the technical term for this is "Necroing". As in necrophilia.

Hello I did notice that link but was concerned if it was safe to use it, I normally download from the main extensions page here, also as it was no longer listed at the extensions page thought there may of been some kind of issue with it :?

Thanks
