phpBB encountered an error building the container due to an installed extension. For this reason, all extensions have been temporarily disabled. Please try purging your forum cache. All extensions will automatically be re-enabled once the container error is resolved. If this error continues, please visit phpBB.com for support.

A temporary file could not be created.

I`ll delete cache (using filezilla forum not woking) then all right, 1-2 hours and then again.

Here's the topic viewtopic.php?f=556&t=2465166&start=15 problem solved replacing the new phpbb file. Which file could it be?

Disable all extensions (either through phpMyAdmin) or using ext_disable.php (or ext_disable.zip) (I'ld attach it but can't access the disk now, so find it in viewtopic.php?f=556&t=2516196&p=1528488 ... #p15284731 ). Then enable the extensions one by one to find the culprit. (probably one of them isn't 3.2.7 compatible) and if that's the case, ditch it or find an updated version.

Added: the TS in the topic you linked to hasn't visited phpBB the last 6 months so I wouldn't expect any answer there.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.
