How to change language of the forum?

I have Russian language as the main on the forum and I would like to change it to English, how can I do it?

ACP, Board configuration, Board settings, Default language. That will only affect the language users not logged in see. Once logged in, language is determined by the user settings in each user's UCP.

The same way you originally changed the forum language form English to Russian (you initial installation used English I presume).
