Using the tool I cleaned the db from the unused mods.
There was indeed issue in the db cleaning with rm 1 from the phpbb_sessions. The timeout occurred also then.
What do you mean by "truncate" this table?

truncate means to empty it. in phpmyadmin, if you check the box next to that table and look in the drop down at the bottom of the table list, you will see an option to empty or truncate the table.

it does NOT delete the table, just empties all the data in it.

that is what you want to do.

so now after the forum is up and running I encounter problem with Extension installatiom.
I suspect there are still some garbage from the previous 3.0.X version
Capture_phpbb.JPG
when I click the Extension tab (it is in hebrew in the figure below) I get the following error:

general error

can't find the module ./../includes/acp/acp_stats.php

BACKTRACE

FILE: (not given by php)
LINE: (not given by php)
CALL: msg_handler()

FILE: [ROOT]/includes/functions_module.php
LINE: 573
CALL: trigger_error()

FILE: [ROOT]/adm/index.php
LINE: 82
CALL: p_master->load_active()

In addition can see another 2 tabs which are from old 3.0.X MOD
(ACP_CAT_SOCIALNET, ACP_WORDPRESS_UNITED)

We don't know, you can see the child modules underneath the modules you have to delete.

So click on that modules and you will see the children

and also clear the cache to remove reduntant operational files.
We should embrace problems, without which there wouldn't be any solutions.
