[Split] Warning: ini_set() has been disabled

Post by wheelnut »

Did you get an answer, how did you overcome this?
Particularly this line:
Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/leff56/public_html/vendor/patchwork/utf8/src/Patchwork/Utf8/Bootup.php on line 52

Did you follow the suggestions from the original topic?

ini_set() is a PHP setting so I suggest you have a look at the server error logs for a clue or, better still, speak to your host to see if they've done anything.
If so, what did you find?

If you can use custom php.ini you may be able to override it with ini_set = on. Otherwise contact your host.
