Customize a language pack

Post by Jon1967 » Mon Aug 14, 2017 12:24 pm

Is there an option to modify a language pack? I'd like to change around some strings and add more variants of messages. Is that possible? What program do I need to do so?

Thanks in advance

You can certainly edit your language files to change the specific words being displayed for certain codes, as long as you re-save the files with encoding "UTF-8 (w/o bom)".

You would not be able to "change around" or "add new" strings without editing the code. What exactly are you trying to change?

Also bear in mind that whatever changes you make to your language files you may need to re-apply then whenever there is an update/upgrade.
