Shame, shame, shame
gorski posts a style which contains more than 90% of
MY work (
Legacy 1.2.0, for phpBB 3.2) and he didn't even mention me! It's a lack of respect or an intellectual property theft.
Actually, gorski created "his" style by using most template files from my Legacy style (compare his archive to my Legacy style 1.2.0 and you can notice
there are more than one hundred HTML files in common): he just replaced seven template files by those from the official subsilver2 for phpBB 3.1.10 (breadcrumbs.html, forumlist_body.html, index_body.html, overall_header.html, viewforum_body.html, overall_footer.html and viewtopic_body.html), restored the original stylesheet.css and that's virtually all!
Even the few modifications in forumlist_body.html, overall_header.html and theme directory are not made by himself, but by myself. If you understand French, you can verify here >>>
http://www.win3x.org/win3board/viewtopic.php?t=25164. There are few tests before the publication, so it's very possible there are some unexpected bugs (he combined files from two different board style).
Although I can help other people to create a style, I doesn't like people who submit a style as their own, without mentioning the contributor... One can be novice in HTML, CSS or JavaScript, but using the work from someone else, make it publicly available without mentioning him is an intellectual property theft.

So you have been able to make subSilver2 responsive?
Obviously not. Apparently, gorski doesn't even know the meaning of "responsive".
Subsilver2 is not optimised for smartphones resolutions. However, although Legacy is not responsive too (originally based on subSilver2), the ergonomics was improved to get a better experience on lower PC resolutions (800x600) but gorski has restored the overall_header.html and viewtopic_body.html from the original subSilver2, so these improvements were lost (his wish was to restore the original ergonomics) and subSilver2 is quite terrible on lower resolutions.
