Hello I have never had a go at updating my custom theme before and the last time I got someone else to do it for me, having read this topic and looked at the code page how does it actually work ? is the red highlighted text showing the current source code and the green highlighted text is what has to be changed to update etc ?
Is there anything else I need to know when changing this code ?
Thanks all

Hi, I am the one that did the updates for you before. If you would like to contact me I can help you with this.

to answer your question;
https://area51.phpbb.com/code-changes/3.2.0/
is where you want to go to manually do the code changes for the style.

click on the appropriate tab for the version you are updating from, then
click on the styles link, click on template, then on each individual file to see the changes needed.
the green areas, get added to your file
the tan areas get modified on your file
the red areas get removed from your file.

As the topic title says, here is dedicated to styles code changes.

If you are experiencing problems during the update, I recommend opening a new support topic on [3.2.x] Support Forum .
