Styling - and Adding a Logo

I am a newbie so please forgive my ineptitude. Where do I go to put my logo in along with changing the colors of the theme to my colors?

I am guessing you mean prosilver? The default theme. What is a style in phpbb terms?

Indeed, I meant the theme. In phpBB they're called 'styles' but can also be referred to as Themes.
