changing the very outside colour

Hi guys

I hope I got this in the right forum.

How do i make the very outside white colour of the pages the same as the main colour I am using #CADCEB

here is a screen cap. I want the whole page to be #CADCEB

Thanks for the help, I searched on colour.css for ffffff to change it but could not find it

you mean the page background? this is set on the html, body in colours.css at the very top.
