Text overlapping.

Post by Art Poulos »

1. In forum index, If I squeeze the forum window, the forum manes go over the page number buttons (red square in following image).

--------
2. The buttons above the post, cover part of the text (next image).

It looks even worse if letters are capital.

Is this something that has to do with my personal settings (windows 10) or the forum software?

Thanks.

Hi Mannix.
I upgraded to version 3.2.2 a couple of weeks ago. The image posted above is from my board's ACP. 3.2.2 is the current version.
Prosilver was also copied along with the other (upgrade) files.

Just to make sure, I just downloaded the 3.2.2 upgrade package, deleted Prosilver style from server and uploaded the new one and purged cache. Still does the same thing.

need a link to the board please.
also, what browser are you using?
this does not happen with 3.2 for anyone else so it is most likely your particular setup. however, unless we can see the board to test there is really no way to guess.

I don't see any of that using firefox and windows 7

I tried to post but you have it set that it needs approval first so I can see what trying to view a post looks like.

Thanks Robert. Your post has been approved.
I added more letters so they reach across the page. Letters are covered (partially) by buttons here. I use Firefox and windows 10.

So, any rough idea what the problem might be?

The problem was the extension "Remove Subject from Replies". Modified the code as per the instructions given in the extension's discussion section and everything is fine now.
Thank you.
