error install style

Post by holpa »

Hello, tell me.
It is worth 3.2.2 downloaded different styles and through the FTP uploaded the folder to the style folder
But I do not have the "Install Styles" button in administration
In the Confirmation configuration, you can select only the style by default, and so only prosilver

make sure the style you choose is for 3.2.2 you can NOT install styles for 3.0 or 3.1

also, make sure you are unzipping the file first and that you are uploading the correct folder to the correct place.

once you have other styles installed properly you can then set whatever style you want to default .
you can choose to override user or not
if you choose no for override user then each user can pick whatever style they want to use from their user control panel. ( this includes you )

Version 3.2
Unpacked the archive in the style folder
Another style was before upgrading from 3.1 to 3.2 (proflat) it is also under 3.2
Other styles (different shakes) do not appear in the selection (Conference settings - default conference style)

In personalization, I did not find "Install Styles"
I do not have such. Maybe after the update something broke?
Sorry for the cost of Russian

Check whether you have the admin permission of 'can manage styles'.

And where to check it?
I'm the administrator myself.

permissions
administrators
Choose to edit the permissions and look at the advanced permissions
misc tab
Can manage styles

Having admin permissions just lets you in to the admin panel. It doesn't mean you can do everything though unless you've set it up.

Check that the module is on.

Admin panel
system tab
module management
administration control panel
customise
style management
Install Styles - if it's ON it should say 'disable' next to it. If it says 'enable' then it's not on, click that.
