I don't have this issue with your Win 10 theme. This theme seems to float the footer over the background footer.

What I'll do is disable all extensions except Insert Template Code and see what happens.

Did you ever find the mod that was causing this? I need to know which mod to be able to fix this...

No, I just installed Aero instead. I didn't want to go in and disable all of my extensions and then try and filter out if an extension was the cause.

Platinum 1.0.6 released
*fixes header for Advertisement Management mod.
*default color and color switcher can now work while both are turned on.
*various other bug fixes.

I use other styles ext Collapsible Forum Categories.
Collapsible Forum Categories and Platinum style not working together, do not open the forums.

If you use the mod version, disable $P_COLLAPSIBLE_CATEGORIES in template/config.html

*added option in config.html to hide the header & footer bar and shows the default instead.

The background issue is solved - I just had to reïnstall Alex75 Background and that solved the problem I earlier had.
