Then it should be safe to install version 4 :D

The new version seems to run flash and scripts like adsense faster than 3 did.
I like using the new version.

I`ve been watching the CPU and RAM load from firefox all day and it looks much better than it was = problem solved at least for me . The only problem that i have noticed is that sometimes when i turn it off its still shown in the task manager for 3 or 4 minutes afterwards . I`ve seen that before when testing some of the earlyer nightly and beta versions but it was worse and very often . The only other problem i have is with hardware aceleration . My grafic card is a Gforce 6600 and when i turn hardware aceleration on the grafic card keeps crashing and i get a black screen = i have to press the restart button , restart and then turn it off so i can use my computer .

I've stopped using Firefox after the pages started to look messed up. I'll always be using Chrome now

It looks like it could have a bug . I cant get into my router useing firefox so i rang my ISP up and after 4 calls and over an hour a technicker told me that they have had the same problem themselves and customers have reported the same problem to . They told me to use another browser and useing chrome i can get into the router .

I`m still not convinced 100 % that firefox is the problem and think that it could be a problem with the firmware in the router .

Anyone haveing the same problem ? Anyone any ideas or advice ....... please ?

I think this is a very new look for the Firefox well, when it reaches the final version of FF4 I gave it a spin and see its effect. Most of my biggest objection with the franc's user interface and some of it that slow. However, this new interface looks good, it seems they are working in the speed.

I don't think it's a matter of personal preference. I mean who wouldn't want extra security, speed and much better performance ?

I've updated FF, so the pages aren't messed up anymore. but won't most add ons not work on Firefox 4? I mean their authors haven't updated them to FF 4. I better stick with the one I have then...
