Maybe it's the 'free licensing' he's talking about as opposed to the paying for variety.

dont know what their liscense is but just for your information, the GPL that phpbb runs under does not mean that it has to be free. open source does not have to be free. it just means that the source has to be open and available to all whether the software was free or not.

Still more of the same thing. Our projects are not related at all. NodeBB is written in JS on the Node.js platform. phpBB is written in the php language. If you are asking if our styles and extensions work on NodeBB then no, they are obviously not compatible due to being two different Bulletin Board systems written in different languages by different developers. If this isn't what you mean, then you may need to use Google translate so you can better describe what you are asking.
