Edit: I was not the topic starter - the starter's text was simply "How many unique members do you have and visitors?" which I answered precisely - not more, not less.

Back in the phpBB2 days, I think it was v2.0.6!

January 11, 2004 - Total posts 106254 • Total topics 4612 • Total members 2719

I think a few of those user accounts might be spam bots! As I think a lot of sites experienced, those mid-2000s days were great times but thereafter the prevalence of social media sites did move into that space that forums consumed which affected activity.

May of 2014. A little over 220,000 posts and almost 17,000 topics. Almost 6,000 members (but that includes a bunch of non-active members or bots, I don't know) and we get at least 50,000 unique visitors and 500,000 pageviews per month, although those numbers look to be closer to 60,000 and 600,000 lately.

Thank you, phpBB!!!

I started sponsorchat.com on October 4th 2004 and this February 1st had a crazy idea to relaunch it on a new domain I had bought, removed and went with phpBB instead of the VBulletin I was using for 14 years on the old site.

I really like phpBB and the fast support here, I had over 72,000 users on the old forum and they are slowly coming back to this new one. It's basically an webmaster B2B forum.

Peace
