Alot of editors, such as Notepad++, Atom, etc have a 'Search in Path' function.
You can select a directory and perform a search for a work within that specific directory.
So you'll have to do that and search for either the HTML comment or the specific div element, with its class.

Seeing it's a custom style, we can not know for sure, but the element you highlighted is in navbar_header.html in prosilver. But once again, the style you're using is not prosilver so we can not know for sure in which file it is.

I get to learn from a friend to visit Google Chrome and you can press right and get which file it is and what lines but it doesn't say which file it is.

The 'developer tools', which is available through Google Chrome (but also through other browsers), will not show you which template file (HTML file .html) it is. It will however show you which theme file (CSS file .css) it is that styles that specific HTML element.

So, as I mentioned, you will have to do a search with a (decent) editor.

or, you can usually figure out by looking at what page is in your browser.

if it is index.php then the file will likely be index_body.html
if it is viewforum.php the file will likely be viewforum_body.html

etc.
