This is a port and rewrite of the 3.0 MOD "No more notice upon deleted PM", found here:

By default, when a PM has been sent, but not delivered, it is kept in the Outbox of the sender. If this PM is deleted, a message stating that the PM was sent but removed is delivered to the intended recipients of this message. With this extension, these messages are deleted completely, and the intended receivers do not see anything.
