Maybe I am missing something obvious, maybe I am misunderstanding the use of the word "template" (I am not a native speaker, no matter how hard I try to hide it

). From my perspective, when phpBB takes an
email template and combines it with a username, a link to a specific forum, a link to a specific post and a link to unsubscribe from the specific topic, it generates an
email, not an email template. The same logic, as far as I can see, would apply to this tool, which combines the
support request template with specific information, provided by a user, to produce a
support request. Hence, it is a support request generator.
I'll try and make this my last post, because this is really a minor point, but I keep feeling the urge to clarify my point
