1. Are Customer Supporters working with PHPBB in the real life? I mean are they gettings paid for the job
2. Is it possible to become a customer support, or whatever it's named (Kevin clark) for an example, the group he's into.... If so, how? How did you become that?
3. Who are the developers?
4. Is phpbb having a headquarter somewhere?
5. If so, do they seek for employees?

Sorry for some stupid questions, but some unneccesary information is always good to know about

No, they are volunteers (as well as everyone else involved with phpBB).
