That was quite an impressive video. It's interesting to see how some developers began to taper off, while others began to come into the picture and really start contributing to the code base. It kind of brings the development process of phpBB to life, especially with the lively music in the background.

That really was both interesting and cool. For those who have followed phpBB for a while, it really brings back names you are reminded of most for that time period.

Ah... I come in so late to the party (around 5:30-ish). Fun to see those commit frenzies that happened on the run-up to a new major version, namely phpBB2 & phpBB3.

And yes... why isn't there an HD version? Probably have to use Googtube HD as opposed to Vimeo. :ugeek:

Very interesting indeed, to see the developer names come around and see how much time they spend into the project. Funny to see the huge amount of commits around the release of phpBB3 gold. Nice video! :)

Vimeo allows true HD uploads (1280x720), but i simply did not create a video in this resolution... so no HD. ;)

Interesting.

What does the color of the files mean?

they distinct the source code type. PHP, documents/language, html/tpl, Images/CSS, JS, SQL and anything else as a separate colour.

Funny and original, it satisfies the actual ego however. Viewing it under the coder's point of view. :)
