Is there any chance of it coming back to Europe (in particular England) again?

Who knows. We'll have to see when we get to that point, though it's definitely not out of the question or anything. :)

As always, we encourage users to start their own meetups in their area. http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewforum.php?f=105

There's always a "chance". (1 in a million is still a chance, right? :D)

Seriously, I hope they do other places before England again -- the West Coast of the U.S., different European cities, Australia, Asia, etc. (Being in California near Silicon Valley, you can probably guess where I'm hoping for. ;))

My brother and I are interesting in coming but it all depends on plane ticket prices. If they come down between now and then we could probably do it..

Absolutely. But there's nothing like an in-person meeting, so of course we encourage everyone who has the ability to come to do so. :D

I am interested to join too. I wonder how the topics are decided and whether there is room for other party to present as well? I would recommend to make it in conjunction with other major events in the city so to make it attractive to people who need travel so they can attend multiple events. 8-)

I am an administrator of a phpBB3 forum, so just a "user" in conference terms

I went to the Londonvasion 2 years back as a 'user' and was delighted to meet up with phpBB team members, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, I even had breakfast with some of the team members in the early morning and that was something else  loved it

so if you are an administrator of a phpBB3 forum, just a "user" in conference terms and are able to attend this Libertyvasion PLEASE DO SO

somebody is paying for this event and somehow I don't think it's cheap - whoever is footing the bill deserves a THANK YOU and your attendance, certainly if you are geographically nearby e.g. New York don't miss it 8-) a great opportunity to socialise and see a mighty rapport between team members and users
