Uhmmm, according to the stats HoL stated

Before JIRA, there were an average of 16.08 tickets created per week, 2.25 (14%) by team members, and 13.83 (86%) by users.

..and according to what you posted, during the entire month of June 56.06% were created by Team Members or Former Team Members which leaves 43.94% being created by users. Granted participation by users seems to have increased as anything that has a learning curve will.

Still seems it has a bit to go to get to pre-Jira stats.

It likely will never reach pre-JIRA stats since the Team Members have increased their activity in the tracker due to the edit I posted above.

But the user stats should go up, or remain the same. Not go down, as they have. (I’m not referring to percentage of users vs. team members, but number of tickets created by users)

Sorry if this was asked before. Did a quick search but found nothing but this (in this same thread):

I'm now able to login. Thanks for those that looked into it, and to DavidIQ for explaining to me that Tracker login is refreshed from your .com login every hour or so.

Also had problem with JIRA phpBB Tracker.
I have changed my regular password on forum to a new one and then changed it back.
After some time the password began to work on http://tracker.phpbb.com/login.jsp

I am really sure such information must be put in some FAQ or a note must be present on http://tracker.phpbb.com/login.jsp page.

So, about that vaunted JIRA usability...

Any idea why clicking on "Page 2" of a saved search would bring up a brand new Issue Navigator? I didn't write the query, so I'd have to a) write down the details given, then b) figure out how to encode that in the dropdowns for the tracker, but change ... something, to allow me to see 51+.

For the record, this stems from trying to look at the Issues fixed in 3.0.10, which is linked off a fairly major wiki page. First page loads great, though looking at any individual ticket costs me about 15 seconds of wait time while it loads. Trying to pull up page 2, however, leads me down the garden path to http://tracker.phpbb.com/secure/IssueNa ... r/start=50 - looks like it's losing the requestid along the way.

Seems to work fine here. If you have any addons/extensions/blocking going on try another browser/computer.

Appears to be a failing in the interaction between AJAX and Linux. In FF on Windows, it works as expected.

Any chance of getting a start=50 version encoded?

I also use FF under Linux and recognized a slow response on tracker.phpbb.com in the last weeks. Sometimes it takes around 30 seconds until a page appears completly. Its independ from using a predefined link like http://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3 or a predefined search like http://tracker.phpbb.com/secure/IssueNa ... &mode=hide
