Permission to copy phpBB3 Prosilver theme to MyBB

Hi, I'm here to ask permission to copy phpBB3's Prosilver theme to MyBB.
Please note: I'll not distribute it, and I'll not use the same images.

Why that?
Because I can't install phpBB3.

Please try to explain your problem so we can help you with installation.

Prosilver (and phpBB3) is distributed under the license GPLv2, the license allows copying. Anyway, remember that the systems are different.

MyBB is released under LGPLv3...

And don't worry about my problem installing phpBB3... (see here)

As long as he don't distribute/release the work, the incompatible license don't matter.
