I had just been in my website's ACP and all was fine and the version check was green. When I came to phpBB.com i was gonna download phpBB because I wanted to download phpBB since I'm working on a private mod for my site I wanted a local phpBB installation to test with. When I got here the home page said 3.0.10... I was like WHAAAAAA  . Anyway will be upgrading :D

The version check is only updated once, or maybe twice a day, for future reference :)

There's a changlog in the /docs/ directory included in the package.

Right! Will the next version 3.1.0 or 3.0.11?

We do not know this. 3.0.11 will be released when a certain amount of bug fixes have accumulated, 3.1.0 will be released when all things that are supposed to be in 3.1.0 are done. So the next release will be whatever happens first.

I don't suppose we'll see a referral system as standard in place for the next major release?
I think I read something about it previously, but can't find it or remember what it said.

The features for the next major release are detailed here with their current statuses.

For new features in minor releases (like 3.0.10) see this post.

You can suggest features for 3.2 here or if it is well written and includes pros, cons, use-cases etc. then you could post an RFC for 3.2 here.
