Yes they have but they redirect to the unstable directory (not sure if that's intended or not).bantu wrote:The packages have now been properly published on download.phpbb.com. This should make the links work correctly.
Got them from here:RMcGirr83: I don't know where you got these links from. They are not correct.
It will be called 3.1.0Going4Quests wrote:So that's called RC Gold with then after it the real public release? Or do you mean that the public release is called gold?

i need language code change form RC2 to RC3?
In case this was not clear: I had to actually fix the packages on download.phpbb.com to make the links valid. They are supposed to contain the unstable directory and the downloads page on area51 always contained it.RMcGirr83 wrote:Yes they have but they redirect to the unstable directory (not sure if that's intended or not).bantu wrote:The packages have now been properly published on download.phpbb.com. https://area51.phpbb.com/downloads/
hover over a zip link EG, Automatic Update Package from 3.1.0-RC2 - zip | bz2
the zip link returns this as the link
https://download.phpbb.com/pub/release/ ... .0-RC3.zip
These do not contain the unstable directory. Where did you get them from? You made them up on your own or is there actually some page where these are used (which we would still have to correct)?RMcGirr83 wrote:release archive doesn't seem to have RC3 listed and the 404 is found in the downloads section

In fact it seems they are all 404's...at least the automated update packages. Probably because everything is referencing this as the directory
https://download.phpbb.com/pub/release/3.1/3.1.0-RC3 whether it's 3.1.0-RC2 or what have you.
Maybe. Maybe not. Further RC packages will be released as necessary.Going4Quests wrote:Sorry for this noob question, but is RC3 mostly the final version? I'm very excited for 3.1!
