Ok! I've just upgraded my board from phpBB 3.0.12 to 3.0.13 without any issues (IIS 7.5) using https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/pull/3342.
Yesterday I was planning to remove that check but I haven't do that because I didn't know if there were other similar checks in the new phpBB 3.0.13 files...

Problem solved for me. Thank you!!

How do I test it? I dont see any code? :oops:

I believe this could have been avoided if the RC release would have had enough time to be tested. what's the point of releasing an RC and then make it official after 24h?

Look in the Files changed tab. It's a single line change to startup.php

Unless you could foretell the future this would have been impossible to know. The packages were tested by several people before it got published, most of which are the same ones that tested previous releases and reported any possible issues prior to publishing, and this path issue didn't come up.

isn't the problem only on certain server setups? I thought at first it was only IIs but apparently not.

Hello everyone,

Have you made some change about session and/or cookie for this version ?

I have updated succefully my board today , but now when I'm on my subdomain and I go on my master domain I lost my account quthentification.

Example: I log in subdomain.domain.com and If I go to domain.com , i'm logged off, and if I go back to subdomain.domain.com I need to logon again;

I'm on php 5.6 / IIS 8.5 / SQL 5.6

I don't have this issue before... Someone else have this issue too ? maybe a problem with my configuration...

The automatic update package is not available any longer. Are you guys releasing it again as 3.0.13 with the new fixes?
