so? what is your point?

if you are updating to 3.0.13 then you choose your current version to update from. all versions older than 3.0.13 are listed there, you choose the right one to get the right update package.

User "Jessica" (her message is not visible anymore; probably deleted?) asked why the page https://www.phpbb.com/downloads/3.0/#update is showing 3.0.13 RC-1. "It's a typo?", she wrote.

We used to offer an update package from 3.0.13-RC1 to 3.0.13 for people testing the 3.0.13-RC1 release on that page. There was no typo. We are not providing update packages from 3.0.13-RC1 to 3.0.13-PL1, since we expect only experienced users to install RC releases. Thus, you can no longer select 3.0.13-RC1 as a version to update from on that page. The 3.0.13-RC1 to 3.0.13 update package is still available from the release archive at https://download.phpbb.com/pub/release/ ... to_3.0.13/.

The issue is fixed in phpBB 3.0.13, so update your forum.
