in my country, data subscription are very expensive, as so many tend to use lite Apps that consume less data.
uc mini and opera mini are Android browsers that have no support for JavaScript, and do not support 3d transformation used for responsive menus eg: bootstrap frameworks, they also do not support gifs, they compress their assets before loading a page so they are faster than other Android phone browsers,
that's why I need to setup a mobile theme like Artodia, it works perfectly on these browsers,
since people around here use those browsers, I'd prefer to have two working styles, which detects if on that browser and redirects to a mobile page. then if on a JavaScript enabled browser, it'll load the normal style.
I do not want to use Artodia as the only style as I prefer the current style. I only want my viewers to have a pleasant view irrespective of the browser.
